My client is one of the main market leaders associated with their product. Their products can be found in every major supermarket across the UK. They have been performing exceptionally well over the past few years and are looking to expand their team.
They are searching for a Health and Safety Manager who will be vital to implementing and ensuring all policies and standards are maintained as the company continues to grow. Working alongside senior board members who believe in supporting their people to succeed.

• Full accountability and responsibility for all Health & Safety requirements across the entire group
•To be the organisation’s lead competent person for health and safety as defined by the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999
•To work proactively with Managers and employees to establish and maintain a system that promotes a culture of safe working practices across the organisation
•To ensure the organisation complies with current Health & Safety legislation, Insurance criteria, approved codes of practice and guidance in relation to employment and service provision
You The Candidate
•Minimum NEBOSH certificate in Health and Safety management
•Environmental qualification desirable
•Knowledge of COSHH and EHS management systems
•Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
If successful, the salary for this position is £50k-£55k + an attractive benefits package. The hours are Mon- Fri 08:00-16:00 with some flexibility.
