ROLE

Reporting into the Managing Director, you will act as the bridge between the Senior Leadership team and the Warehouse Manager. You will support the latter in the day to day running of Warehouse Operations while you will share strategic input in terms of continuous improvement with the former. Quality is the name of the game and the company's products are of the highest quality. You will be driving change and efficiency throughout the Dayshift operations. Key activities will be to lead, motivate and develop the warehouse teams to high performance, streamline and develop operational processes and manage the maintenance of the Warehouse Management system.

CANDIDATE

You will be an impressive individual with a solid employment history and proven track record in Warehouse Management. Food experience would be beneficial but is by no means essential, more important will be your charisma and ability to lead by example. FMCG experience is a must have.
