My client is seeking a Head of Technical to join their operation iin Surrey. A brilliant company with an excellent product; this is an excellent position for an experienced technical professional.

The Role:
• To lead the Technical division, ensuring all KPI's and legal requirements are achieved.
• Leading and advising on statutory regulations and company standards impacting on site standards, food safety, quality and environmental hygiene.
• To develop technical competency and continuously improve technical operational effectiveness.
• To audit suppliers to exacting standards of retail customers including BRCGS, Sedex and BSCI.
• Management of HACCP, incidents and crisis as part of the site HACCP, incident and crisis management team.
The Candidate:
• Management experience within the food manufacturing sector.
• Strong Supplier management experience.
• Qualified to degree level, ideally in a relevant subject.
• Highly analytical, data driven and detail oriented
What’s on Offer?
• A salary range of £70,000-£75,000
• Monday-Friday; 8:00-5:00
• 25 days holidays (+ bank holidays), pension, bonus scheme.
