Are you a driven and dynamic Head of Supply Chain looking for a fast-paced, exciting and unique opportunity? If you have experience with E-commerce warehousing, carriers & shipping, then is the role for you!
The Company
A D2C business that are growing massively in the on-line retail sector. They supply premium and luxury products to their loyal and growing customer base across the UK. They use 3PL co-packers, warehousing and carriers. This position is to ensure the seamless end-to-end supply chain ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
The Role
An all-encompassing end-to-end supply chain position, you’ll be working in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail is key along with leading your team and managing external stakeholders. Your varied duties will include.
• Proactively driving your 3PL’s (pick, pack and dispatch and carriage). Ensuring SLA’s are met whilst managing performance and budgets.
• Develop your team of 4, motivate and train
• Management of large-scale operations facility (both 3PL & Manufacturing)
• Drive a close working relationship with your carriers, ensuring products arrive to your customers in the best quality OTIF.
Your Skills & Experience
To be considered for this opportunity you will need to enthusiastic, resilient and innovative. This is a fast-paced role, so you’ll need to be adaptable, hands-on and confident in making decisions. You will also need.
• Experience with B2C fulfilment & shipping is essential!
• Highly numerical with Advanced Excel & Forecasting skills
• Excellent people management & stakeholder skills
• Experienced managing multimillion £ 3PL’s (and ideally some manufacturing)
