My client is looking for a Head of Supply Chain who will be responsible for managing the entire supply chain process. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing supply chain strategies that align with business goals and objectives. Additionally, the Head of Supply Chain will be responsible for managing inventory levels, optimizing supply chain processes, and ensuring timely delivery of products to customers.

Please note this role is for the UK and Ireland travel to multiple sites will be required.

Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with business goals and objectives
– Manage inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of products to customers
– Optimize supply chain processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency
– Develop and lead a high-performing team of supply chain professionals
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations across the organization
– Monitor and report on supply chain performance metrics

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, or a related field
– 5+ years of experience in supply chain management with a proven track record of success
– Strong leadership and people management skills
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools – SAP desirable
