Competitive salary of 25 – 28 K basic plus commission with OTE circa 35K

Our client are Specialist suppliers of student hairdressing kits, beauty kits and make up, Their aim is to offer the highest level of customer service, professional quality products all at competitive prices.
The role will develop and proactively target further education colleges and academies, maintain existing accounts and identify new opportunities to build and grow the business.
The successful candidate will be self-motivated looking to work in a very exciting, dynamic and growing industry with excellent planning & organising and customer service skills.
Represent hair care kits to colleges and academies to establish relationships and increase sales revenue through positive interaction and skilled negotiation;
Achieve agreed targets and KPI’s;
Build outstanding relationships with new and existing customer base;
Source opportunities by prospecting new business, generating appointments and initiatives to gain business;
Effective reporting on a daily/weekly/monthly basis;
Construct and execute a productive journey plan.
Minimum of 3 years’ sales/account management experience in a similar role;
Experience of professional hair and beauty industry;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software packages;
Proven record of successfully delivering results in a competitive, target driven and customer focused sales environment;
Desire to achieve in a competitive but rewarding industry.
A driving license is essential for this role. Ideal residence; Newcastle / Carlisle.
