My client, a well established and growing Bakery Manufacturer are on the look out for a strong Training Co-ordinator.
The training co-ordinator will support the operational team in co-ordinating and delivering production relevant training activities, ensuring that all appropriate ‘on the job’ competencies have been verified and SOPs trained to the relevant production operators and all records are up to date and submitted into the HR department for training files.
Working with the Operations teams to support and co-ordinate training across all shifts and areas of the bakery
Supporting the management team in drafting suitable and sufficient SOPs
Delivering SOP training to production operators
Verifying operator competencies against SOPs and job requirements
Accurately completing training record sheets
Presenting to and discussing training activities with external parties as required, e.g. auditors
Reporting training completion rates vs. plan
Experienced operator with a comprehensive understanding of the bakery processes and production lines
Food Hygiene Level 2
Excellent communicator and competent in both written and spoken English
IT user, competent with MS Office packages
Training qualification an advantage but not essential
Hours of Work
Monday - Friday (However flexibility required)
Prodominately covering days, but could rotate from time to time 6am - 2pm / 2pm - 10pm / 10pm - 6am
£23,985 basic - with a 25% premium per hour if you covered a nights shift
