Our client is a successful family run food manufacturing business. They are a leader in their specialist category, supplying branded and own label foods into major retailers.
All manufacturing is done at their modern site based in Wales.
They have been investing in the site and recruiting some top talent for their team. They are keen to expand their National Accounts team following the recent win a new retail account.
National Account Executive/Manager
The position can made larger or smaller depending on the skillset of the new recruit. Reporting into the Head of Commercial the new recruit will take full P&L of the new top 4 retail account and possibly turn their hand to other accounts also.
You will be tasked with driving sales across brand and own label. Working closely with retail buying teams on JBP’s, price increases, and working internally with technical, npd and marketing.

The position offers some flexibility in regards to spending time in the office.
• National account management experience within food manufacturing.
• Retail knowledge and contacts.
• Ideally branded and own label product experience.
• Ability to work well in a small team. Hands on approach is required.
