An opportunity has arisen to join a new, expanding company as a Fulfilment Manager. This role has newly been brought in to help cope with the demand of ecommerce. You will have the chance to develop this role and your team as you see fit, with training budgets and co-chairing monthly meetings your influence will make a difference. The Role:
• Overseeing daily order fulfilment, including order processing, picking, packing, and shipping preparation
• Building strong relationships with the 3PL teams, utilizing WMS software to optimize warehouse and fulfilment operations
• Manage the supply chain flow of ambient materials, ensuring inventory accuracy though auditing, reporting and reconciliation of end-to-end inventory process

You, The Candidate:
• An experienced operator, well-practised in liaising with 3PL
• Well versed in high-speed logistics and a manufacturing environment
• Confident in operating systems and Excel
