ROLE

Responsibilities

• Coordinating the weekly samples meetings
• Coordinating in house product tastings and recording results
• Managing the retained samples system and shelf life review process
• Keeping up to date with emerging foods safety risk/changes to legislation reporting to the Quality Manager
• Investigating customer complaints and root causes
• Trending of analysis and other data to provide info for reports required by senior managers and others
• Internal auditing
• Supporting Quality manager with New Product Development sample making
• Sending samples to laboratories as needed
• General quality department related administration (filing, completing spreadsheets)

CANDIDATE

You will have previous exposure to the Food Manufacturing sector/ Food industry. You will be a driven individual ready to work well as part of a team.

• Monday to Friday – 9:00am to 5:00pm
• 25 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays
• Company pension
• On-site parking
