Job Description
I am currently recruiting a Food Safety Co-ordinator for my client who is well-established in the Food industry, based in Buckinghamshire.
The Role:
To implement and improve the food safety and quality culture.
Main Responsibilities:
• Determine root cause analysis
• Carrying out Hygiene Audits
• Carrying out daily, weekly and monthly GMP Audits, raising non-conformances and following up the Non-conformances
• Member of the HACCP team
• Preparation of samples for finished product microbiological testing and taste.
• Delivering Food safety & Health & safety training
• Conducting pest control Audits
• Checking finished product quality
• Investigating customer complaints and respond to them appropriately
• Co-ordinator hygiene schedule
The Candidate:
• Releevant experience or food related degree
• Ability to work alone but also a good team player
• Organised
•
What’s on Offer?
• A salary of £28,000 – £35,000 DOE
