Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and create unique and enticing flavours for various applications, including food and beverages.
• Conduct sensory evaluations and quality assessments to ensure flavours meet their high standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including research and development, marketing, and production, to bring new flavours to market.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging flavour preferences.
• Assist in troubleshooting and optimising existing flavour formulations.

Qualifications:
• 5 to 10 years’ experience within flavour development.
• Any experience in powders would be beneficial.
• A degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field.
• A passion for taste, aroma, and flavour creation.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
