We are in search for an outstanding factory manager to play an important role in driving success and ensuring high standards across the company

My client is a rapidly growing, award-winning food manufacturer supplying products and services to clients across the UK. With a commitment to excellence, this company have a well trusted name within the industry. Due to growth, we require an experienced factory manager to oversee the manufacturing as well as contributing to the continous improvement of site.

Role:

• Own and monitor KPIs including yield, performance, waste and efficiency and introduce procedures to promote improvement against targets
• Deliver continuous improvement on performance and ensure all production opportunities are maximised
• Develop and promote a proactive safety culture in conjunction with the Health and Safety Manager and production teams
• Working with stakeholders to deliver projects within agreed capital expenditure plans

Package:

Up to £80,000 + car allowance + bonus
