My client are very well regarded within the FMCG industry. They are in search for an experienced Factory Manager to oversee their site in Somerset. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate and looking to develop their career

Role:

– Fully understand the costs and financial levels of the factory so that you can contribute to setting of the factory’s budget and financial KPIs
– Support business development through a ‘can do’ approach balanced with a good understanding of how to optimise production performance
– Support any safety initiatives as required and suggest any improvements
– Direct responsibility for the leadership team of the factory to include 7 Area Managers, and the Bottles Factory Engineering Manager. Indirect responsibility for c. 300 production employees overall

Salary:

£75,000-80,000 + bonus + car allowance (relocation package available)
