Factory Cost Controller

You Will Be…
• Analysing cost per unit, energy levels and man hours to find areas for cost savings.

• Developing and managing the collection of data and the cost controlling reports of the factory
• Analysing and reporting the factory performance against the budget.

• Responsible for supervision, training and development of members of the finance department and factory management team in factory cost controlling, KPI reporting, budget reporting, Cap-Ex and Savings Plan.

• Supporting the plant manager with the annual budget files, savings plan and cap-ex files.

Skills and Experience
• Knowledge of analytical management and budgetary control at a senior level (advantageous if in the food industry or industrial site).
• Leadership experience of developing and implementing manufacturing strategies and long-term business plans.
• Analytical/data focused background

Desirables
• Finance / Business management degree or equivalent
• Fluent in French
