My client is very well established, global manufacturer looking to add Engineering team leaders to their site due to growth and expansion!This is an opportunity for any multi skilled engineers who are looking to develop and further their career within a fast paced environment.

Role:

Oversee the day-to-day engineering maintenance team function

Identify, plan and schedule production stream maintenance activities

Identify areas of continuous improvement and work closely with site CI Engineer in implementation of improvements

Must:

Have relevant experience – at least 5 years’ experience within a Manufacturing Company preferably FMCG

Have excellent leadership skills

Have strong knowledge of maintenance management and project management

Be motivated by the challenge of continuous improvement and changing environment

Shift:

Monday – Friday (9am-5pm OR 2pm-10pm)
