Package

Job: Maintenance manager
Salary: Up to £54,000
Location: Norfolk

Role

•Implement an asset integrity management programme including establishment of risk-based inspection programmes for a wide range of asset types, development of testing/inspection programmes to ensure OEE is maximised.
•Lead engineering root cause analysis and implementation of long term engineering solutions to prevent reoccurrences, manage KPI’s including Run Hours, Mean Time Between Failure (MBTF) and Cost to repair of equipment and system
•As a member of the site leadership team work to improve business results and to promote a professional manufacturing team culture
•Identify and action opportunities for improvements within the engineering team to promote a continuous improvement culture within the Engineering and operational team

Requirements/Experience

•Experience of developing engineering teams.
•Excellent people and leadership skills
•Reliability background
•PLC Competent
