Job Description

A prominent FMCG manufacturer is seeking to hire a seasoned Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their team, working on a permanent night shift rotation:

Title: Maintenance Engineer

Shift: Sunday to Thursday 22.00pm to 06.00am (Perm Nights)

Salary: £55K (£46K basic + Sunday Premium = £55K)

Key Responsibilities as a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer:
-Addressing mechanical and electrical machine breakdowns
-Conducting Preventive Planned Maintenance (PPM) and managing reactive breakdowns
-Diagnosing PLC faults
-Working with hydraulic and pneumatic systems

Skills and Experience:
-Proven experience as a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer within a manufacturing setting, particularly with production machinery
-Strong electrical and mechanical skills
-Proficiency in PLC fault diagnosis
-Competence in interpreting engineering drawings
