Job Description
The Role
The Electrical Engineering Team-Leader will be responsible for ensuring that the Electrical Engineering team deliver the following:
World class performance in electrical and PLC engineering technical excellence in fault diagnosis and maintenance.
Maintain plant and equipment to high operational standards.
Provide a quick and effective breakdown and planned maintenance service in order to maximise productivity and minimise downtime, waste and cost.
Provide support to Continuous Improvement Team and assist in process improvement activities.
The Electrical Engineering Team-Leader will discuss, plan and oversee planned modification to production equipment regarding electrical wiring and PLC program modifications.
The Electrical Engineering Team-Leader role and the role of their team is critical to the successful growth of the business and as such should maintain high standards of quality at all times.
