IT Helpdesk Analyst - 1st line/ 2nd line
IT Helpdesk Analyst required to join a growing IT department at a well-established FMCG company in Fakenham. The vacancy has come about due to an internal promotion within the team.
As a Helpdesk Analyst you will have 1- 2 years 1st/2nd line experience in a technical support role.
You will have good working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office products as well as exposure to Mac operating Systems, Active Directory and hardware and software support experience.
