2nd line Support Engineer

An informal, friendly and highly tech savvy company based in the heart of Wakefield are looking for a 2nd line Support Engineer to join their small IT department.
You'll be working closely with the Systems Administrator and Head of IT to assist and support with the running of the internal Windows 10 and Mac operating systems.
Required technical skills include:
- Windows 10
- Mac/ apple devices
- Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Basic troubleshooting
- Active Directory
- Office 365
The 2nd line Support Engineer sits within the helpdesk team and takes shared responsibility in all user requests. Superb customer facing skills are therefore essential.
This is a varied position with exposure to a number of technologies and an exciting opportunity to join a company which plans to double their number of employees in the next couple of years.
In-house training will be tailored around the engineers needs.
Salary is in the range of £22-27k depending on experience.
