Client is a well established distillery based in the Highlands of Scotland who is seeking to hire a Distillery Manager who can take the lead on all site operations. Reporting directly to Head of Operations the successful candidate will be given the freedom to ensure objectives are reached the way they see fit.
The role:
•Establish and develop strong working relationships with people of all levels of business – both internally and externally
•Develop and support employees in accordance with company values
•Take a hands-on approach to work, lead the site by example and set standards
•Accountable for maintaining operational excellence and driving continuous improvement of site operations
The candidate:
•A proven, self-reliant leader of people who can easily adapt and support others through a period of change/expansion
•Strong communication and presentation skills
•Desire and drive for continuous improvement and operational excellence
•Problem solver who can take an analytical approach to ensure site objectives are met
