Are you a dynamic, creative and vibrant Digital Marketing Manager looking to work with one of the coolest, most successful food brands in the UK? A food brand that has been dubbed the “Apple of Food Grocery and Retail” is looking for a lively Digital Marketing expert to be at the forefront of digital innovation within the business. This business is the perfect hybrid between being very well established (they are stocked in all of the major retailers and have hundreds of stores in the UK) and also having lots of potential to grow so this means for you that you will be able to put your own strategy in place but will also benefit from a very stable and reliable job. You will be based in their beautiful modern office in the heart of central London.

The newly appointed Digital Marketing Manager will have the following background:
• 6+ years’ experience in a client side Digital marketing role – ideally within the food, beverages, FMCG or other related industries
• Experience with PPC, PR, SEO and social media (paid & organic)
• Experience managing agencies to generate high ROI and be as effective as possible
• Experience implementing a influencer strategy to generate high ROI
• Degree educated
• Ideally experience with an app and managing a website development agency
• Ideally experience in a Managerial role with strong leadership and communication skills
• Entrepreneurial and dynamic thinker

The Digital Marketing Manager will have the following roles and responsibilities:
• Implement and execute a digital vision to develop the brand’s online presence
• Have a detailed and clear plan to achieve this vision within a fast paced environment
• Coordinate a clear and consistent brand identity across social, email and website
• Develop an influencer strategy that will significantly develop the brand’s online presence and generate a high ROI
• Grow and nurture their eCRM database
• Manage the build of a cutting edge app
• Manage the 3rd party digital & web agencies and work collaboratively to build an effective user experience
• Manage four direct line reports to ensure they meet their targets and are personally developed
