Development Chef – W. London or Surrey – £35k

Mon-Fri, office hours

Develop recipes & menus for big name customers across the world in London Excellence Centre Test Kitchen
Present/pitch to customers, advise on amendments/recommendations/food trends
Teach & train on-site at food manufacturers to ensure your creations are sent out to customers as they should be

A typical month looks like

2 weeks in the test kitchen on site, developing to a brief but also blue sky projects
Up to 2 weeks travelling – either to present to customers, or to teach how to make & plate your recipe on-site at manufactures as it's rolled out on the big scale. This could be in London, elsewhere in the UK or across the world such as Milan, Paris, Dubai or Tokyo. These could be overnight stays or a few days away.

The Candidate

Experience in a Development Chef position within Food manufacturing
Confident speaker, able to present to & build rapport with customers
Excellent communicator, able to train manufacturing chef teams on your creations to ensure standards and timelines are met & are to budget

£35k + Healthcare + 25 days + bank holidays
