I am currently recruiting a Customer Technical Manager for my client who is well-established in the Food industry, based in Essex.
Coordinating site technical standards
To provide support and guidance to the site TM, QA manager, QA team and Operations teams in technical requirements and standards.
To assist internal departments in reviewing and revising their procedures and records as they affect technical requirements.
Communicate within the Business to ensure all stakeholders are aware of technical standards required by customers and are adhering to those standards.
Coordinate and cascade any customer changes as they affect policy or product to ensure on-going internal compliance with customer requirements.
Ensure technical compliance to customer requirements by monitoring and inputting into relevant technical systems:
Customer complaints and quality queries
Coordinating and communicating customer technical targets, priorities and objectives; and making them relevant to the Business.
Identifying technical opportunities that would benefit the Business and its customers, and implementing the related project work.
Confidence – Ability to manage relationships at all levels within external customer teams and internally within the Business, and to adapt behaviour accordingly to ensure opinions are heard.
