The Company
This organisation manufactures their own food products as well as importing very tasty foods and drinks, they proudly have over 3000 product lines for their customers. They predominantly provide their products to foodservice establishments across the UK but also service food halls and specialist wholesalers.
Due to exponential growth and internal promotion a new role is available for a high energy and driven Italian speaking Customer Service & Sales Manager.
The Role
This position is split into 2 sections, the 1st being the customer service and telesales team. This role will see you managing, training, and developing your team of 10 office-based staff. You will be setting KPI’s, problem solving, upskills and managing a fast-paced customer-focused telephone and online department.
The 2nd section will be driving the team of sales reps, these are London and UK based and you will be running reports, incentivising, running promotion & campaigns as well as upskilling, mentoring, and developing.
Your Skills & Experience
To be considered for this position you will need;
• Fluent in Italian & English both written and verbal
• Experience running a telesales team
• A passionate “foodie”- someone who can really come across as knowledgeable and enthusiastic about fine cuisine.
• Happy working in a fast paced and challenging environment, take ownership and pride in your teams
