Job title: Customer Service Co-ordinator
Location: Ipswich
Salary: £26,000 – £30,000
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
Role: As part of their customer service team, your duties will include:
• Daily liaising with customers & suppliers
• Assistance with Logistics to UK & International Market
• Sales Data Input
• Work closely with internal commercial & procurement departments
• Receive orders over the phone
• Send order acknowledgments
• Daily Checking of internal Stocks
Requirements:
• Previous experience within Customer Service or Supply Chain/Sales Administration
• FMCG Experience
• Data Input
• Proficient using Microsoft Packages such as Excel
