This is a branded business who continue to go from strength to strength and the growth pattern has been fluid since they started. This pattern is essential moving forward and the CI Manager will have the autonomy to shape that growth.

The CI Manager will report into a Head of Operations, but they see the successful individual being able to come in lead their own workload and bring new and creative ideas to the senior meetings. They need you to help them plan for the future growth!

With the site looking to expand its manufacturing and output in the near future that will bring some challenges for this person but if you can help improve on site processes and look at making the site more efficient then you can really leave your stamp on this business.

The salary on offer for this Monday to Friday role will start at £55,000 plus some great additional perks.

We are open to looking at candidates who have a varied level of experience, but these are some of the must haves below.

• You will need FMCG experience or preferably food manufacturing working knowledge.
• The ability to change processes and drive the business efficiencies across all departments.
• Be able to Plan, deploy, and execute all transformation projects that will produce significant savings through productivity, quality, waste reduction improvements, and improving business processes.
• Be able to demonstrate a strategic approach when it comes to engineering, production, supply chain and other departments within the factory.

This vacancy is based in West Sussex but can be commuted to from the Hampshire and East Sussex Borders.
