Join our client, a world class food industry manufacturer based in West Lothian, and lead impactful change on site and beyond. As a renowned leader in the industry, they’re seeking a dynamic Continuous Improvement Manager to elevate our processes and eco programs.
Reporting to the Site Manager, you'll drive a culture of continuous improvement across the business. Collaborate with Production and Engineering, using eco methodologies to enhance efficiency while maintaining safety and service.
• Lead organization-wide business improvement initiatives.
• Develop and communicate the program's strategic vision.
• Implement effective work methods in production and engineering.
• Drive continuous improvement processes.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain for improved plans.
• Implement group management systems in production.
• Monitor method standards and optimize processes.
• Train teams in continuous improvement methodologies.
• Participate in Group meetings for strategy refinement.
• Track project progress using status indicators.
• Identify and coordinate staff training needs.
• Ensure adherence to Product Safety & Hygiene Procedures.
• Engineering or production background with 2-3 years' production experience.
• Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma tools (Green Belt preferable).
• Strong English communication skills.
• Coaching, problem-solving, and results-driven mindset.
• Flexibility and strong organizational skills.
• Commutable to West Lothian
