They are currently seeking a talented and motivated Concept Development Technologist to join their innovative company.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for Concept part of New/Existing product development.
• To create and maintain excellent working relationships with our Customers
• To ensure required documentation is completed, transparent and provides due diligence
• New ingredients/packaging sign off internal with Commercial/Supply/Compliance
• Joint responsibility with Process Technologist for Trials/1st productions product quality, recipe and blend control, batch traceability and yields.
• To set up Trials documentation, request with IT and notifying Process Technologist, Request Trials on the Production Plan,
Qualifications:
• Food related qualification
• Good excel skills
• Project management skills
• Ability to prioritise work load and work to tight deadlines.
• Good personal and communication skills. Must be able to work as a team and as an individual
• Concept experience, commercial awareness
• Concept to Lunch proven track product record
• Kitchen skills
