They are a close knit team who work well together and need an energetic, driven and friendly leader. The role will have a broad remit to manage p+l and all NPD, sales and commercial aspects of the business.
You will lead their growth with major retail accounts and manage the sales and npd team as commercial lead for the business.
The business looking to continue on the growth path through innovative new product development and close working relationships with top 6 retail customers.
We are looking for someone who has managed national accounts for major retailers in food or fmcg and could potentially consider a very commercially minded NPD Manager.
There is some WFH flex but applicants need to be based around Somerset / Wiltshire / Dorset / Gloucestershire and able to commute regularly to the Bath area.
Salary £45-55k
