Job Title – Buyer
Salary – £30,000.00 – £34,000.00 (DOE)

I have an amazing opportunity for a Buyer to join a leading global manufacturer of pharmaceutical goods based in Southeast Greater London. They are a brilliant business with a fantastic history of providing high quality products to over 50 countries and they are known in the area as a great place to work for.
The Role
– Manage and maintain site inventory & supply of key consumable and packaging items.
– Monitor inventory levels, evaluate re-order points and review item minimum order quantities with suppliers.
– Negotiate high value critical contracts with suppliers
– Responsible for placing purchase orders with suppliers
– Hybrid working
The Candidate
– Buying experience within manufacturing or pharmaceuticals
– Experience of material planning & inventory management
– Strong negotiation skills
– CIPS would be advantageous
– Talent for relationship building
