An extremely well known and successful personal care manufacturer are looking for a buyer to join their supply chain team.
The role:

• Reporting to Purchasing Manager
Ideal Candidate:
• Organised and punctual person
• Ability to effectively communicate with stake holders and customers.
• Ability to negotiate cost and terms.
Experience Required:
• Minimum 24 months demonstrable experience within a busy office environment.
• Previous experience of purchasing chemicals
• Proficiency and accuracy in the use of Excel, Word, PowerPoint and MRP.
• Knowledge of purchasing practices i.e., effective sourcing techniques, cost and contract negotiation and Incoterms.
• Ideally MCIPS qualified or working towards final qualification.
