Business Development Manager – Food Service

South of England

Remote/ Field sales based.

Following significant growth this business are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join their expanding sales team. Ideally a passionate foodie with a love for food service.

The role: This is a field sales role covering the South of the country. Managing and developing a portfolio of customers whilst actively seeking out new opportunities . (40% new business, 60% account management). Customers are a wide range of Food Service customers from the NHS to Restaurants, hotels etc.

The ideal person:

– Business Development or Account Management experience within Food Manufacturing

Food Service/ Wholesale channel experience

The ability to build strong customer relationships

A can do attitude to develop new business

– Able to identify customers’ needs and provide appropriate solutions

– Strong negotiation skills

– A team player that likes a challenge

£35 – £40k Salary + Car + Commission structure
