Vacancy – Business Development Manager
Would you like to represent a market leading food producer in Scotland who are already listed with a major multiple and have very strong other commercial channels but with ambition and potential to grow?
They are a foodie business supplying own label products into the UK retail, food service, trade, and food manufacturing. They are in steady growth, profitable and the business is run in a calm collected manner where they can boast of long service employees and a brand steeped in heritage.
The new sales person will be handed existing accounts but will also be targeted to open new doors and extend what they are doing with existing customers.
The right candidate will get to influence and plan promotions and marketing strategy as well as day to day account management for all of their commercial partners.
This role is an exciting chance to work for a business who has a strong name in the industry.
Ideally the person will live in Glasgow or its surrounding towns so they can regularly work out of the office and be part of the culture.
Competitive salary circa £30-45k negotiable for an experienced candidate. + car + benefits
