I have an opportunity for a Technical Manager to lead the Quality/Technical function of a fantastic business in the Worcestershire area
As a family run business, they have a really close knit team and have managed to maintain a genuinely lovely working environment despite achieving huge amounts of business growth and success.
The main focus of this role is managing the Assistant Technical Manager and the QA Team, developing the QMS and preparing for/leading all customer, BRC and other 3rd Party audits.
There is also the opportunity to lead on NPD projects, if this is an area that appeals to you.
You will be used to the food industry’s demanding working hours by now, and this role is no different, with Saturday mornings being part of your working week.
You will, in return, receive a salary of circa £40-45k with a 10% bonus and other benefits.
