Account Manager – Surrey

Hybrid Working & Flexibility

Salary – DOE

The Account Manager will use their prior knowledge and experience to manage the existing and futures needs of the clients key accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manages Account communication lines (mailbox, phones, diary etc.)
• To maintain excellent customer service and communication with the key account.
• Proactively organise/chase future work
• To progress the Account projects daily/weekly to ensure progression, identifying potential delays, missing data, and resourcing issues.
• Understand the project requirements.
• To give the Account weekly progress updates on all the live projects/quotations.
• To chase missing data from manufacturers and suppliers when applicable to ensure project progress
• To work alongside administration and delivery teams to triage/prepare data ready for review by delivery teams.
• To fully understand, and work to, the Accounts upcoming deadlines and critical path milestones to enable better project management and prioritisation.
• To host regular calls with the Account to assess their needs and hold account/service reviews, taking minutes and actions.
• To identify new business opportunities with the Accounts (New product launches, training courses etc.) and record in CRM.
• Raising quotations
• Alongside sales team, help to negotiate and close new pricing structures, contracts, and agreements.
• Alongside Finance and Accounts, Debt and, invoicing reconciliation
• Regular reporting to Account and executives
• Ensure Account Information is frequently maintained (key contacts, company information etc).
• Willing to travel when required to meet the needs of the Account.
