Job Description

Our client is a successful food manufacturer and an award winning business with an exciting and innovative product range. The business is very dynamic and they are experiencing excellent growth.

Due to recent growth, they are looking to expand their team with the role of a National Account Manager.

Candidates will need experience in managing previously an ASDA account, strong communication, analytical/ numerate skills and maintaining strong relationships with clients/customers. If you are ready to progress in the FMCG industry at the convenience of your own home, then this could be the next step for you.

The role :

• Account management of the employer's Asda account.

• Strong communication skills both verbal & written.

• Develop and gain agreement for Annual Account Business Plan including volume, revenue and deliver sale growth targets for an assigned customer account in line with company’s objectives.

• Present and prepare regular business reviews to agree on and deliver category growth initiatives.

• Hitting targets, negotiating, and exceeding expectations on a high level.

The candidate :

• Experience in National Account Management, essential to have worked with ASDA account management previously.

• Numerate and analytical skills

• Proficient in Excel at Intermediate level, PP/SharePoint/Teams.

• Strong, passionate team player – focused on achieving the best outcomes for the business through shared purpose, professionalism, and team goals.

• Demonstrates ownership and responsibility for full achievement of all objectives with integrity and respect.
