Account Executive
A dynamic FMCG Food business is looking an Account Executive to work side by side with the Account Controller to help manage and build customer relations.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
With External Customers
Management of the back of houses processes involved in the smooth running of an account such as;
• Promotional nominations
• Price file management
• NLF completion
• Promotional track and reporting
• Supporting in range reviews and customer facing meeting.
• Man mark your equivalent role within key customers and build a proactive relationship
With Internal Customers
• Ensuring agreed processes around promotions, accruals and pricing are adhered to
• Supporting in various projects to ensure first rate execution.
• Feedback information relating to account performance.
• Deal with customer service queries and adhoc customer complaints.
• Liaise with key internal stakeholders within Operations, Finance, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Marketing and Customer Support to ensure the information flow is in place for the key KPI’s to be achieved.
• Within this there is focus of working with finance to ensure all procedures are followed
