Trade Marketing & Project Coordinator (Brand)
Job description
A leading Major Branded FMCG food manufacturer is working exclusively with me to secure a Project & Trade Marketing Coordinator to join their Trade Marketing team. This role will be a proactive project assistant to work collaboratively with the team on specific short- and long-term projects.
Experience working with Trade shows and Branded products will be deemed advantageous.
This role will be required to be on site 3 days per week and have occasional travel to trade shows.
Project & Trade Marketing Coordinator responsibilities include.
- Coordinate trade shows
- Strong administration skills to control all project documentation.
- Work collaboratively with the stakeholders to maximize productivity.
- Collaborate with project teams, contributing to the entire project lifecycle
- Organise and monitor schedules and see that deadlines are met
- Report updates verbally and in written form to management.
- Monitor budget and help ensure resources are used efficiently.
- Complete any necessary administrative tasks, such as minute taking, research and email.
You will be a Marketing Coordinator / Project Coordinator ideally within a fast paced manufacturing environment. Experience in trade shows will be advantageous.
You will be able to demonstrate multitasking, work well under pressure, and work efficiently to meet strict deadlines. This role will require excellent interpersonal skills for collaborating effectively with others and experience of minute taking, and record keeping.
