We’re on the hunt for a Technologist to join our dynamic Non-Food Technical team. You’ll support new product development across categories like Personal Care, Reusable Bags, Household, and Health & Beauty, working closely with international suppliers and major retailers.

💡 What You'll Be Doing:

• Delivering new product development projects from concept to shelf
• Ensuring compliance on safety, performance, and regulatory requirements
• Collaborating with global teams and attending product launches & factory trials
• Reviewing artwork, packaging and specs to meet legal and quality standards
• Supporting sustainable, ethical, and innovative product development

🌍 A Bit About the Role:

• Hybrid working model
• Occasional international travel!
• Cross-functional collaboration with Technical, Product, Commercial & Supply Chain teams

🔍 What We're Looking For:

• Experience working in a Technical/ NPD team (preferably in personal care or cosmetics)
• An industrial placement is a bonus!
• Strong communication and project coordination skills
• Knowledge of QA systems, compliance, and product legislation
• Degree in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry or similar
