The Role

• Partner with BioPharma manufacturers across biologics, sterile injectables, solid dose, and specialty medicines.
• Drive customer projects from technical discovery through to commercial success.
• Provide expert support on formulation, regulatory compliance, and process optimisation.
• Work alongside R&D, Quality, Production, and Procurement teams to deliver technical excellence.
• Travel throughout Ireland, the UK, and occasionally internationally to strengthen client relationships and represent the business at global industry events.
• Stay ahead of market trends and contribute to innovation pipelines.

Your Skills & Experience

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biotech, Chemistry, or a related Life Sciences discipline.
• 3–5+ years’ experience in a technical or commercial role within BioPharma or general pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Strong working knowledge of GMP/GDP, pharmaceutical ingredients (excipients, APIs), and processing aids.
• A track record of success managing customer development projects and solving complex technical challenges.
• Excellent communication skills and the confidence to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A full driving licence and the flexibility to travel internationally as part of your role.
