Technical Manager

I am exclusively partnering with a leading organization to find an experienced Technical Manager who will be key in shaping the company’s technology strategy. This is a unique opportunity for a strategic leader to join a forward-thinking team at a crucial point in their growth.

In this role, you will:

• Ensure a successful delivery of complex projects and driving the adoption of innovative technologies.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals, while also mentoring team members to foster their growth and ensure technical excellence.

Your experience will:

• Guide the company’s technical direction.

• Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards

• Strong communication skills will be essential as you work with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

The ideal candidate:

• Proven experience managing technical teams and driving successful projects.

• Strong understanding of BRC and HACCP.

• Previously worked with high-risk products.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms and modern development frameworks is highly desirable.
