Join a Fast-Growing, BRCGS-accredited Food Manufacturer!

My client is on the lookout for a hands-on and proactive technical candidate to lead on-site food safety and quality. You'll be the go-to expert for all things technical, ensuring our products meet the highest standards, with support from their Group Technical Manager.

This is a standalone role, perfect for someone with experience in food manufacturing, a strong knowledge of HACCP/BRCGS, and a passion for doing things right.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead food safety, quality, and compliance on site

  • Manage the QMS, HACCP plans, and BRCGS compliance

  • Handle audits, root cause analysis, and CAPAs

  • Support NPD and Sales with accurate product specs

  • Oversee traceability, allergen testing, and calibration

  • Champion a culture of quality and continuous improvement

What You’ll Bring

  • 2+ years in a food manufacturing technical role

  • HACCP Level 3 (or equivalent)

  • Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills

  • A practical, detail-focused mindset and ability to work independently

Benefits
