Are you a proactive and driven NPD candidate looking for your next exciting challenge? Join one of the UK's largest production sites for a leading food manufacturer working on iconic, nation’s favourites brands.

As a Senior Product Developer, you'll lead B2B projects, working closely with internal teams to take products from concept to launch. This role is perfect for someone with solid project management skills and a passion for innovation within the food industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead B2B product development for well-known grocery brands and own-label products.
• Work alongside the Senior NPD Technologists and collaborate with various internal stakeholders.
• Oversee projects from initial concept to final product launch.
• Proactively drive new ideas and processes to improve product quality and efficiency.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in leading product development projects in the food manufacturing industry (a minimum of 2 years of solid NPD experience is required).
• Strong project management skills and the ability to work independently.
• An all-rounder with the ability to take products from concept through to launch.
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
