📍 UK (Hybrid with travel)

We’re partnering with a leading manufacturers to find a Project Manager to support the delivery of large-scale transformation programmes across a UK-wide network.
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in high-impact initiatives, working closely with senior stakeholders while gaining exposure to strategic change at scale.
The Role
Working alongside Programme Directors, you’ll be instrumental in ensuring transformation projects are delivered effectively, on time, and aligned to operational goals.
You’ll act as the vital link between programme leadership and site teams—coordinating activity, tracking progress, and helping embed lasting change across the business.
Key Responsibilities
Support end-to-end project delivery, including planning, timelines, budgets, and milestones
Coordinate stakeholders across multiple sites and functions
Track progress, manage risks, and escalate issues where needed
Maintain governance structures, reporting, and project documentation
Support the rollout and adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working
Monitor KPIs and contribute to benefits realisation
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards
What We’re Looking For
Experience in project coordination or project management, ideally within manufacturing or a similar operational environment
Exposure to multi-site transformation or change programmes
Strong organisational and multitasking skills with great attention to detail
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Proficiency in project tools (e.g. MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira)
Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capability
Understanding of operational improvement, transformation, or digital initiatives (desirable)
