We're looking for a Bakery NPD Technologist to join a growing and innovative manufacturer where you'll play a key role in developing exciting bakery products from concept through to launch.

Working closely with major retailers and internal teams, you'll be involved in everything from recipe development and trials to factory launches and customer presentations. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact within a business that values creativity, quality, and continuous improvement.

What You'll Be Doing:

Developing new and improved bakery products from concept to launch
Conducting kitchen development work and factory trials
Managing critical paths and launch timelines
Working closely with customers, suppliers, and manufacturing teams
Supporting retailer presentations and product submissions
Ensuring products meet quality, cost, and technical requirements

What We're Looking For:

Previous NPD experience within bakery, bread, cakes, pastries, or morning goods
Strong understanding of the product development process
Passion for food trends and innovation
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
