Multi Skilled Engineer

Monday to Friday (Days)

Working with a well-established manufacturer in the Perthshire/Fife region, our client are looking to add a Multi skilled Engineer to their engineering department. With exciting projects underway and fantastic growth plans in place, this is a position which will allow you to further develop and progress your skills!

This position requires individuals who are focused, determined, and motivated to progress within the business long term!

Responsibilities:

  • Providing both reactive & planned maintenance and ensuring engineering information is up-to-date and accurate.

  • A range of electrical and mechanical engineering works.

  • Scheduling and ordering spare parts.

  • Maintaining good relationships with suppliers, external engineers and colleagues.

  • Ensure all relevant documentation is completed and accurately.

  • Support operational change and process improvements.

  • Ensure all work is carried out according to relevant standards and regulations.

  • Ensure compliance with relevant HSE regulations.

Requirements:

  • Manufacturing/FMCG/ Packaging/ Food Experience.

  • Experience with Fault finding on - Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Servo-controlled equipment, Motors etc.

  • Experience with both electrical and mechanical.

  • Hard-working - looking to progress.

  • Understanding of Health and Safety within the FMCG environment.

Benefits:

Salary: up to £52,000 for exceptional candidates.

Bonus: Discretionary (around £1,000).

Shift: Monday to Friday.

Standard pension and holidays.
