HSE & Facilities Manager – Food Manufacturing

Support Site culture | Lead Strategy

The Opportunity

Our client is a leading food manufacturer looking for their next hire accountable for all management and implementation of the HSE Policies whilst having a clear oversight of the day-to-day operations of the engineering team.

This role is ideal for a proven HSE Manager who can drive strategic planning/ someone who is ready to step into a managerial role.

Key Responsibilities

  • To support the development of a strong H+S focused culture across site

  • Liaise with employees and sub contractors providing advice and guidance on HSE matters

  • Identify possible operational risks or opportunities.

  • Co-ordinate training reviews ensuring training records are always kept up to date.

  • Have a decent understanding of engineering practices + run day-to-day operations of engineering team

What We’re Looking For

  • Significant experience in manufacturing and knowledge

  • Extensive knowledge in H+S legislation and best practice

  • Experience in leading engineering teams previously

  • Proficient in Excel, Powerpoint, and Data analysis systems.

  • Strategic mindset with a track record of driving revenue and growth.

  • NEBOSH qualified
