We're seeking a Head of Procurement to lead and evolve our sourcing and supply chain strategy. This role is pivotal to driving growth through intelligent procurement, meaningful supplier relationships, and collaborative planning. You'll be at the forefront of shaping how we scale—contributing to major initiatives including the setup of a new production site and launching innovative new products.

What We’re Looking For
Experience & Skills

• Proven track record in procurement, ideally within food manufacturing

• Strong commercial acumen and successful experience in supplier negotiations and long-term partnerships

• Data-informed, structured approach to forecasting, reporting, and procurement operations

• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

• Proficient communicator with excellent relationship-building abilities
